The Embassy of France is looking for a candidate for a press
attaché position.
The press officer is responsible for ensuring the
monitoring, analysis and synthesis of the Libyan press. He / she ensures an
alert role for the diplomatic team and provides the interface between the
Embassy and the Libyan media. He / she leads the embassy's Twitter and Facebook
accounts as well as his website, in French and Arabic.
This function requires:
a good knowledge of social networks and their use;
good knowledge of the Libyan media;
computer skills and communication skills;
high availability;
a sense of initiative, in cooperation with the diplomatic
team;
good ability to work in an emergency;
a sense of contact;
discretion;
perfect knowledge of Arabic and French, and if possible
English;
a good oral and written expression.
Experience in the field of communication / press would be
appreciated.
Type of contract: fixed-term contract (fixed-term contract)
of one year renewable. Full time.
Level of remuneration: to be negotiated
Assumption of office: as soon as possible
Post based in Tripoli.
